Call for Nominations - WALHDAB Co-President-Elect

Tiffany Giesler has recently announced her resignation of the WALHDAB Co-President-Elect role, effective 12/1/24, due to a job change. The Board of Directors and staff would like to thank Tiffany for her work as Co-President-Elect and wish her well.

The resignation results in the need to request nominations for health officers interested in this position and hold a special election. The candidates will be considered for Co-President-Elect until May 31, 2025, assume the Co-President role in June 2025, and ultimately Co-Past-President in June 2026.

Submissions are being requested by December 3^rd at 5:00 p.m. To receive consideration, please submit a statement of interest. Individuals may also nominate others for consideration. Questions regarding the Co-President-Elect position can be sent to WALHDAB’s Executive Director, Andrew Hoyer-Booth (andrewhb@badgerbay.co).

The Co-President-Elect is a member of the WALHDAB Board of Directors and Executive Committee. The Board and Executive Committee each meet on a monthly basis, primarily virtually. Executive Committee members also meet monthly with leadership from the Division of Public Health.
