Kenosha County Board of Health Member Diane Gerlach running for NALBOH President-Elect
A message from your Board of Health Co-President, Donna Rozar

Let me introduce you to Diane Gerlach. She has served as a physician member of the multidisciplinary Kenosha, WI Board of Health for seven years, currently serving as the Chair. Elected as a member-at-large to the NALBOH Board of Directors two years ago, she is running unopposed for the NALBOH President-elect position. A pediatrician for 22 years with the Aurora Health Care system, she is actively involved in Big Brothers/Big Sisters, United Way, and community early childhood intervention programs. She presented during a breakout sessions at the annual NALBOH conference in St. Louis about her work with the local health department on early childhood initiatives.

Diane has a proven track record regarding her commitment to public health and involvement in policy development to improve the health of individuals in her community. As a Board of Health member, she has directly impacted the health of Kenosha. Her leadership will benefit NALBOH and I encourage you to support Diane as she seeks the president-elect position. The NALBOH Election is currently open - if you are a NALBOH member, please take the time to vote for her. Links and information for voting has gone out to all NALBOH members earlier this month.

Thank you for your support of NALBOH and those who serve in leadership positions. This year's annual conference in Raleigh and the networking that always takes place when public health advocates convene is important to move our issues ahead!.
